Friendly and helpful service
After spending thousands to furnish our entire home with Kenmore and Craftsman appliances here in March 2016, we had problems from the start. Sears customer service is sadly disappointing, taking weeks to send a repairman and charging outrageously for the experience. The owner of this store offered no assistance other than that we should call customer service and that we should 'expect repairs'. After 5 years, I can understand this, but my fridge breaking down within months and my washing machine breaking down after a year and a half...sorry, but that is unexpected and indicates to me that I spent my hard earned money on low quality products. When I feel I've wasted my money on products that I don't trust to work for me and the company and store owner don't seem to care after I've spent thousands on their products, it's time for me to shop elsewhere. I am leaving this review because I wouldn't want others to go in blind and have the upsetting experiences we have had with this company and store.
