There was one knob that I received broken. When I contacted the company, Mary sent out a new one right away, at no cost to me. What a great thing! When I hadn't received the replacement, I contacted again and Mary checked and told me it had just that day been returned to sender. I've been having issues with my mail carrier. I asked Mary if they could ship again, and she offered to send it via UPS. How nice! And then Caitlyn contacted me to let me know they'd cover the shipping cost, again! Mary and Caitlyn were both professional, very prompt in responses, and gracious. Roberta was also excellent. You cannot beat this customer service! Seriously top notch. I wish they could give a few lessons to the USPS about this. (grin)
I have done business with these people for at least 20 years. You cant beat their prices and quick service. I am a oak furniture builder lots of my pieces have their hardware.
I placed an order for several pieces of hardware online, and my full order arrived in just a couple days, so fast. The hardware is beautiful! I couldn't believe the value and the free shipping was a great perk. I wish I took more pictures!

Initially great. Fast shipping, reasonable price, BUT terrible customer service after the fact. Piece of advice....make sure you have the EXACT quantities you need before ordering or they will overcharge you for shipping. Their window for returns on unused items is short. Will not do business with them again!
