Every single time I have ordered from there has been a complete disaster. I live in a town that's about, a 30 minute drive from the place so I call ahead and order then drive in to pick up my order. Or, my lack of an order. Every single time they have absolutely NO record of my order, or they misplaced my order, or the teenagers working there just straight up don't know how to read an order. I always have to wait at least 45 minutes standing around for my pizza I'd already ordered on the phone 30 minutes before my arrival. There have been a few times I just walked out and went somewhere else to wait for pizza. I don't want to give my money to an over-rated, under managed, mediocre tasting pizza joint under those circumstances. It's frustrating.
Excellent stuffed crust pizza! Sweet sauce, and good service.
Crappy service. Deep dish is not deep dish, it's actually pan. Flavor is meh. Too expensive for what you get. Not worth it.
The food was delicious! On top of that the wait was almost non existent.
