Oftentimes issues with the phones.. Sometimes you can hear your self talk if you're on speaker phone on their phone system.. Multiple times I have tried to call during the day unable to get through because of the phone lines being busy and their inbound calls full of customers.. Giant Company like this you would think they would like to capitalize on infrastructure ie networking and phone system.. The staff in the pharmacy for the most part are excellent and exceed my expectations.. One minor issue with this stores pharmacy is that they don't have the ability to text Verizon Customers anymore when your medicine is ready.. This often times leads me to the point of calling the pharmacy and asking whether my medications are done or not.. I would prefer honestly to never make calls but if I had too I want to speak to some one rather than to listen to an advertisement about the next flu shot.. You would think in the electronical day in age we live in that Computer systems for managing meds etc would have the ability to at least email you when the meds have been filled..
