I had an unusual request for these people..... to fix my mom's class ring from 1958. They didnt just send me away like other jewellers had in the past. They actually took the time to see if they could fix it and that if they couldn't, they would find someone that could. This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!!! I got my ring fixed at a great price!!
