They botched my haircut twice. I refuse to return now. I didn't think it was that complicated to do a short fade on a male. The prices are high as well. You're much better off going to one of the many barbers in town. To be fair, I received a refund for the first haircut. I cut my losses on the second, as I didn't want to call and complain again.
