They are very nice people. The AT&T experience so far has been horrible. I was charged for a phone I didn't have for months without me knowing. My phone bill is different every month and I don't understand why. When I signed the contract it was buy one get one free. They said it would be taken off of my bill within roughly 3 months. I am still paying installment plans on both phones. I am beyond furious. I have sent them a letter, called several times, left voicemail, spoke to numerous AT&T agents. I haven't gotten anywhere because they never answered the phone or call you back if you leave a voicemail. This is a lot of money every month. You would think that the customers would come first in times like this.
The employees were very polite and very helpful and I rate them excellent!
